Terms and Conditions

The T&Cs tab is the first working step in every wave. The Signature Tracker lists each account in the wave with its signer and T&C status. How you collect signatures depends on the method you chose in Transition Materials.

  • Click to Accept (default). Depositors review and sign online through a secure link, and statuses update automatically. Click to Accept
  • Download & Send (manual). You download the pre-filled agreements and send them through your own channels. Download & Send


With either method, signed accounts move to the Open tab automatically.
