Integrations
NBID integrates across a wide range of banking systems and technology partners, giving institutions flexibility no matter which platforms they use. Our API-driven infrastructure enables secure data exchange, automation, and a seamless experience for both your institution and your clients.
Whether you’re connecting through your core system, your digital banking provider, or an internal platform, NBID’s technical team collaborates with your IT staff to design and implement integrations that fit your operations.
Integration Approach NBID’s technology supports multiple ways to connect, depending on your institution’s systems and goals. We support integrations via:
- Core banking systems: automating back-office operations and daily fund movement
- Digital banking platforms: embedding client account information directly into your online banking experience
- Single Sign-On (SSO): simplifying access for your team and clients
- Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP): enabling secure, automated data exchange
Core System Integrations NBID works with many of the industry’s leading core providers to automate accounting, streamline operations, and simplify balance management.
Current and developing integrations include:
- Fiserv (Premier, Precision, Signature, DNA)
- Jack Henry (SilverLake, 20/20, Core Director, Symitar)
- FIS (Horizon & IBS and Cash Manager)
- CSI
Connection methods vary by provider (API or SFTP). Additional core integrations are evaluated based on client demand.
Digital Banking Integrations NBID also partners with top digital banking providers to bring insured sweep accounts directly into your institution’s existing digital experience.

- Q2

FAQS
- If we integrate with the core, do we still need to integrate with digital banking? What is the difference?
- NBID's integrations exist to automate, streamline, and improve the experience for both your institution and your clients. The digital banking integration and the core integration serve slightly different purposes:
- Core Integration is more geared toward eliminating manual work for your institution's team:
- Allows for automated daily money movement between your institution and the network
- Utilizes peg balances and communication of funds that need to be swept or pulled back without intervention
- Enables automated accounting by sending back necessary GL entries that can be automatically updated
- Digital Banking Integration exists to provide a better client experience:
- Without Digital Banking Integration, clients view their balances, allocations, statements, and transactions through a third-party portal
- With Digital Banking Integration, clients can see this information through your existing digital banking products (web and mobile applications)
- This makes insured sweep accounts look and feel just like any other account
- It makes these accounts appear as embedded products of your institution rather than third-party products
- While neither of these integrations is necessary, they provide significant operational and client experience benefits.
