Program Transitions Overview
Program Transitions is where your bank transitions your existing reciprocal program to NBID, in one structured workflow your team drives itself. It gives your bank full visibility, step-by-step guidance, and tools to automate each account transition. It organizes your entire book into waves, then helps automate each wave through signature, opening, and funding. Your NBID team is available at every step.
How it works
You complete three setup steps once, then work through each wave of accounts.
Setup (one time)
- Upload Data: import your existing reciprocal program data.
- Assign Waves: NBID groups your accounts into manageable batches.
- Transition Materials: upload your bank’s finalized Terms & Conditions.
Each wave
- T&Cs: send and collect depositor signatures, with Click to Accept or manually.
- Open: open the signed accounts in bulk.
- Fund: track funding of the accounts.
Transition Summary: your home page
The Transition Summary is your landing page and always reflects where your transition stands. It shows:
- Your full reciprocal book balance
- Your projected year-one savings from moving to NBID, estimated from your uploaded balances
- A card for each wave with its progress and status. Click the Open wave on any card to work that wave.
- A table of every account opportunity across all waves, showing its wave, where it is in the transition from signature through funding, and whether you’ve reached out to the depositor. Use search and filters to find a specific account.
