Branding

The Branding section of the Admin Portal lets your institution customize how your Depositor Portal looks and feels for your customers. Everything configured here applies to the Depositor Portal only - your Admin Portal keeps its standard appearance. Any field left blank will use the default value shown in that field, and a live preview alongside the form mirrors exactly what your depositors will see as you make changes.

To access Branding, log into your Admin Portal and select Branding under the Partner Success section of the left-hand menu.

Product Name and Browser Tab Title

• Product name - replaces "Insured Sweep Account" everywhere it appears across the Depositor Portal, letting you present the program under your own product name.
• Browser tab title - the title shown in your depositors' browser tab. If left blank, it defaults to your product name followed by your institution's name.

Portal URL
Your institution can host its Depositor Portal at a custom web address (e.g., yourbank.nbid.com). Enter your desired subdomain in the Portal URL field - lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens only - and NBID will host the portal at that address once provisioned.
Note: Changing the URL of a live portal breaks your depositors' existing links and bookmarks, so the portal will ask you to confirm before applying a URL change. If your institution uses depositor Single Sign-On (SSO), this field is disabled - your depositors reach the portal through your identity provider.

Logo and Favicon

• Logo -PNG or JPG, up to 1MB. This is your institution's logo - the same one managed in Settings - and it appears in the Depositor Portal header, on your monthly statements, and in your Admin Portal. Uploading a new logo here updates it everywhere. We recommend a transparent, wordmark-style image.
• Favicon - the small icon shown in the browser tab. Square PNG or ICO, up to 256KB.

Click Upload next to either field to stage a new image, or Remove to return to the default.

Support Contact Information

• Support phone - displayed in the Depositor Portal's "Get Help" window, so your depositors reach your team directly.
• Support email - the support address shown to your depositors throughout the portal.

Accent Color
The accent color is applied to buttons, links, focus rings, and the active tab across the Depositor Portal. Use the color picker or enter a 6-digit hex code (e.g., #00A19C). If a chosen color is too light for white button text to remain readable, the portal will warn you to pick a darker shade. Click "Use default" at any time to return to the standard color.

Saving Your Changes
When you're satisfied with the preview, click "Save Branding" to apply your changes. Only users with edit access can modify branding; all other users see the page in read-only mode.
