Withdrawing Funds

To request a withdrawal from your Insured Sweep Account, log into your ModernFi Admin Portal and navigate to the Sweep Program. From there, select the "Manage Account" button associated with the account you’d like to withdraw from, then choose "Request Withdrawal". You’ll be prompted to select the specific account, enter the withdrawal amount, and click "Submit". This action initiates the withdrawal process to transfer the requested funds back to your bank.

Funds move between the network and your bank once per day. If the withdrawal is initiated before 2:00pm ET, your client will have access to those funds same-day. Transactions initiated after 2:00pm ET will be available at your bank on the next business day.

Your bank continues to own the client relationship, and all cash withdrawals must flow through your bank. Your clients do not interact directly with other banks in the network.
