Institution Settings
The Institution Settings section of the Admin Portal enables financial institutions to manage key administrative details and maintain up-to-date operational contacts. To access Institution Settings, log into your Admin Portal and click on the “Settings” tab located at the bottom left of the menu bar. Within this section, you’ll find tools to upload your institution’s logo, manage wire contacts, view active users, and invite new users. An overview read-only panel at the top of the page displays high-level institution data for quick reference.
Institution Logo
Admins can upload a logo that will be displayed on both the End-of-Month (EOM) account statements and in your depositor's Depositor Portal. To do so, click on the edit pencil beneath Institution Settings on the top left hand side of the page. This will create an edit logo pop up where you can drag and drop your logo file. For best results, we recommend using a transparent, wordmark-style logo. This ensures the logo displays cleanly across all branded surfaces and aligns well with the portal's styling.
Active Users
In the Active Users panel, you can view all current users with access to your institution’s Admin Portal. Each entry shows the user’s name, email address, and access level (View Only or Admin Access). Admins have the ability to modify user access levels for users at any time. To invite a new team member to the portal, click on the “Invite New Admin” button. Enter the user’s email address and select the desired access level. Once the invite is sent, the user will appear in the Invited Users table, where you can view the invitation date, expiration date, and copy the invite if needed. After the user accepts the invite and creates their login, they will automatically be listed under Active Users.
Wire Contacts
The portal also allows you to manage wire contacts—individuals at your institution who are responsible for handling money movement correspondence. Admins can add, edit, or remove these contacts, and specify whether each contact should receive daily wire transaction emails and/or monthly statement emails. To add a new wire contact, click the “Add Wire Contact” button, then enter the contact’s name, phone number, and email address. Use the toggles to enable the appropriate email notifications for each contact.
