Change or close an account
To change or close a sweep account, click on the Manage Program button and select “Change Account" or "Close Account.”
From the Account ID dropdown menu, select the account you would like to change or close.
When changing an account, provide a written description of the action you would like to be taken, and click “Submit.” A new Pending Request will be created in the requests table reflecting the change submission.
In case of account closure, you should initiate a final withdrawal transaction to withdraw the depositor's remaining funds from the network and return the balance to your institution. Once the funds have been withdrawn, you are free to close the account.
