Account Closure Process Update

Starting today, accounts must be liquidated to a $0 pending balance before a closure request can be submitted. Same-day closures remain supported. This change closes a timing gap that could otherwise cause reconciliation issues, particularly at institutions with backdated or otherwise irregular transaction activity.
